Every room is cleaned to the standard property managers check at the final inspection. That covers the oven, rangehood, cooktop, cupboards inside and out, bathrooms descaled, inside windows and tracks, skirting boards, light switches, wardrobes, spot-cleaning marks on walls, and vacuuming and mopping every floor. Carpet steam cleaning, full wall washing and blinds are optional extras.

If your property manager flags anything on our checklist within 72 hours of the clean, send us their notes or photos. We come back and fix it free. The guarantee covers cleaning only, not damage, wear and tear, or areas that weren't part of the booking.

No. Most customers leave a key in a lockbox, with building management or with the agent. You choose how we get in when you book.

Usually 3 to 5 hours for a 1–2 bedroom apartment and 5 to 8 hours for a 3–4 bedroom house, depending on condition. We send a team so it's done in one visit.

Yes. We bring everything, including vacuums, mops, ladders, steam equipment for carpets and professional-grade products. Electricity and hot water need to be connected on the day.

The deposit locks in your date and team, and it comes off your final bill. You pay the balance once the clean is finished, by card, tap or PayID.

Yes. Reschedule or cancel free up to 48 hours before your clean and we refund your deposit. Inside 48 hours the deposit is kept to cover the team we've rostered. See our booking terms for details.

Many leases ask for carpets to be professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy, especially if you had pets. Check your lease or ask your agent. Adding carpet steam cleaning to your booking gets it done on the same day with one invoice.

Yes. Bond Hero Cleaning holds public liability insurance. A certificate is available to agents and building managers on request.
