Privacy policy

Bond Hero Cleaning collects the details you give us when you request a quote, book a clean or contact us: your name, phone number, email, the property address and access instructions, and details about the property.

How we use it

• To quote, schedule and carry out your clean
• To contact you about your booking and any re-clean
• To take payments, which are processed by our payment provider (Square). We don't store card numbers.
• To send occasional offers, only if you've agreed. You can opt out at any time.

Website statistics

We count visits to this website with our own simple statistics tool so we can see which pages and advertising work. It uses a random ID stored in your browser rather than cookies, doesn't record your IP address, and isn't shared with advertisers.

Who we share it with

Our cleaning team for your job, our email and payment providers, and your property manager only if you ask us to send them your photo report. We don't sell your information.
